Free Sari! (even for 1.5 hours)

with Kariim in town, Sari's parents thought it was okay to allow Sari to leave the house for a family dinner at a traditional Indonesian restaurant right around the corner from the house. but we still drove. and it rained. go figure.

not much to say about dinner, although I had some crispy beef tenderloin, along with a little of everyone elses and had some Es Campur for dessert. it's shaved ice, with chocolate sauce and a mixture of fruits and juices- very tasty and extremely sweet!

{and I almost completely forgot! Kariim took me to the World Trade Center to get my next plane ticket from Malaysia Airlines and we had to stop at Plaza Semanggi to get some video games for him to take home to Quatar. the boy (or man, as he is a husband and father, but has a baby face to me) bought me POPCORN! from a movie theatre! love him.}
